Return Window

Customers have a 30-day return window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Orders returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Only new products are eligible for returns. Eligible products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and never used. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Peach And Pockets Covers Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake(such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Peach And Pockets will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Customer Covers Shipping
If the return is for reasons not related to a defect or error (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted item), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping and must provide a valid return label.

Restocking Fee

Peach And Pockets does not charge any restocking fees for returned products. Eligible returns will receive a full refund according to this policy.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1.      Contact support@peachandpockets.store within 30 days of delivery

2.      Provide order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos

3.      Follow the instructions provided for returning the item

Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Email confirmation will be sent once processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is not received within 10 days:

1.      Check with your bank or payment provider

We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Change of Mind

Customers may return products due to a change of mind, provided the item is new, unopened, and within the 30-day return window. Shipping costs and return labels for such returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible products. To request an exchange:

1.      Contact support within 30 days of delivery

2.      Provide details of the item to be exchanged and the desired replacement

3.      Return the original item by mail following the instructions provided

Replacement items will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.

Damaged or Defective Items / Wrong Item Shipped

If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

·        Include your order number and a description of the problem

·        Peach And Pockets will provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping

·        Once the item is returned and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued
